Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Hilora. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

Hilora is available only to adults who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account or using the service, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to agree to these Terms. We may suspend or remove accounts that appear to belong to minors.

Use of the Service

You may use Hilora to browse outfit videos, save looks, publish your own clips, and participate in style note discussions. You must use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm other users or the app.

User Content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. By posting content in Hilora, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

Acceptable Conduct

You may not post unlawful, infringing, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or abusive content. You may not impersonate others, interfere with the app, or attempt unauthorized access to Hilora systems.

Apple Zero-Tolerance Safety Policy

Hilora has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Content involving child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, trafficking, non-consensual sexual content, threats of violence, hate-based abuse, or other severe safety violations is strictly prohibited. We may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, and report conduct to Apple, law enforcement, or other appropriate authorities when required by law or platform rules.

Moderation and Account Actions

We may review reported content and may remove content, limit visibility, or restrict access when necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with legal obligations.

In-App Purchases

If Hilora offers optional digital purchases, billing and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store rules that apply to your account and region.

Apple EULA

If you download Hilora from the Apple App Store, the app is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of Hilora is subject to these Terms, Apple's Usage Rules, and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement to the extent those terms apply. Your license is limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable.

Hilora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
